Not so great at all; TOO expensive, always raising prices; Noise is always an issue in ever apartment, but becareful not to get a unit near the front door!! It'll be a huge issue for you! Materials in the unit are cheap and crap. The Staff is bad! Management doesnt care about the residents and only cares about himself! Overall its a nice neighborhood that is decent, but not worth the money you spend for the quality and service you receive.

Definitely not too expensive... This place is very reasonably priced, and the materials in the unit are definitely not "cheap crap." Apparently you haven't been to any other apartment communities. This is by far the best bang for the buck.

I lived here for 2 years to move to a townhouse I bought. I cannot wait to get back to the apartment and the service I received from the management company. By far the best of all places I have lived rented/owned in the past 30 years. If you did not get good service you probably were the problem.

After leaving the other dump I was at, been here since February and loving it. Oh and yea, I'm in the 3rd floor with the vaulted ceilings :))
