I lived there several years ago and things do change. I certainly hope they have at Applegate. The community left something to be desired. I felt unsafe living there as the police were called there frequently.

The laundry facility was awful and I had to run the dryer for at least 2 cycles everytime I did laundry. Getting into the facility was a nightmare as there were too many apartments trying to use the same facility.
