I just moved out of Applegate Apartmens and here is a brief description of what you can expect if you chose to live here:
1)Bulk trash items such as mattresses, discarded funriture, broken bottles and other debri liitering the parking lot and grounds for up to one month before being removed.
2) The Maintenance departments response to requests is less than procative and most maintenance issues are not resolved as promised or in a timely manner. The maintenance staff seem to ignore the daily conditions of the buildings common areas and grounds which displays an their just don't care atitude.
3) The office staff have consistently conveyed conflicting information from the time I moved in up to the day I moved out. On multiple occasions I would get one story from one person and another story the same day from someone else in the office.
4) Roaches greeted me each day from the first day that I moved in and I'm sure they will be waiting to greet the next resident to arrive. If you value your quality of life seriously consider your decision before moving here.

I experienced the same thing. The only positive reviews must be posted by Applegate themselves. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I agree with the above comment. Besides, this is just a bad area anyway! Stay away!!!!!
