I just moved out of Applegate but only because I bought a house. Yeah! I lived there for three years and NEVER had any problems with the staff or maintenance. There were times that some of my neighbors did get a little "sloppy" as I read from other reviewers but their messes were picked up quickly. The only time I noticed a large mess by the dumpsters was when an apartment was just vacated and evidently was being renovated, and this was only on one occasion that I can remember. The staff is VERY friendly. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with courtesy. I would recommend Applegate to anyone who would like a clean (and very affordable) place to live. In fact, I did recommend it to several of my friends and received several referral rewards over the years. Thanks.

Another comment from the management staff tring to cover themselves since this place is the ghetto. This apartment complex is filled with cockroaches. Please do yourself a favor and don't live here. You will regret it.
