We've only been here a couple of months. Here is what our experience has been like.

Staff was very upfront about what we could and could not afford. (Potomac vs Applegate..they are managed by the same folks). We didn't make enough for Potomac Townhomes, so we didn't even look at those. We were shown how this was determined in a friendly and helpful manner. When we were ready to sign our contract a deal became available that lowered our rent further, and another apartment came available that was less expensive. Both of these were offered to us. Staff worked hard to obtain for us the best possible deal, and the best savings. They even saved us money on a deposit!

Upon moving in we had a problem the garbage disposal. It was immediately taken care of.

We have seen a few roaches by few I mean 4 in a two month period. I have put out roach traps and had no problem. I've seen no ants.

These are older apartments so they are noisy by construction. The floors creak. A lot.

Most of our neighbors are perfectly nice. There are a few loud partiers, but that seems to be the case in just about every apartment complex I've lived in.

Someone did steal our dryer time today. That was more than annoying.

Over all though...that isn't a reflection on the property. It is a reflection on the human condition. I will post here again at the six month mark, and when we move out.
