Since we have gotten new management a lot of things have gone wonky. The new manager is not as friendly. She is abrupt, not as friendly with a wide variety of ethnic groups. She is smiling to your face one moment and then snapping at you the next.

Repairs are taking longer and longer. Several members of the maint. crew are experienced and on the ball, but the under crew seem to be scattered and unfocused. Washers and dryers do not work in many buildings, and you have to cart your laundry from building to building to get it done, or haul it across town.

We have actually witnessed drug activity in the parking lot, so we will give parking a "2" star.
We do hear a bit too much of our neighbors activities. It has been "educating".

I'm not putting in how long we have actually been here or how big our apartment is, or our rent. That would be a little too telling if staff stopped in.

I disagree with this person. The office staff is always friendly to me and my children. For me being a resident so long, they just replaced my carpet and painted. I think this person that wrote this review was just having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone.

We were visiting friends last weekend, and saw a notice about sidewalk chalk? Give me a break! Kids aren't allowed to play with something as simple as sidewalk chalk. That says a great deal about the feel of a place.
