Poor maintance

The neighborhood is overall pretty nice. There were only a few problems I had while living there. One problem we had was that the A/C and heat never really worked. In order to cool and heat the apartment it would cost over $200 for electric. We had the maintance department come out countless times and each time they said it was ixed but it wasn't. We also had a problem with the caulking and seal of the bathtub which we called about several times but they recaulked it once without removing the mold and we couldn't get them to fix it correctly so we had a semi-rusted, moldy tub. Another problem we had was that we kept getting billed for electric through brookside as well as through pur account with alleghany power. Brookside kept claiming that we owed them for electric used in a month we already paid alleghany power even after giving proof 3 times. The last and final problem we had was my husband got transfered, he is in the Air Force, and we gave enough notice to satisfy the lease and we got hasseled over it until we went to a supervisor above the leasing agents. But the apartments are nice, the carpets are nice and maintance does come out pretty fast, they just never fix it. Also the keep the premises very clean, at least once a week they have a cleaning crew come around and they clean out the apartments hallways and stairs.
