My wife and I have lived here for a year now and are DYING to leave! The people in the office are always in a bad mood and never really help you out.

Also, dont ever plan to do laundry in the supplied washers or dryers in the apartment.

Our hasnt worked since we moved in.

Other problems that we are still waiting for resolution is the water heater that works when it wants to and makes a loud squealing sound all night long, torn carpet and cabinets that do not close properly.

Again, these have been in thir "system" for over 3 months to look at.

Dont get me started on the cockroaches and camel-back crickets that are everywhere.

Outside, you have many crazy people who talk to themselves or do and sell drugs in the open.

If you are a decent hard-working individual, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!1

Just like Key Parkway and Heather Ridge Drive....stay away from this area too! In fact, stay away from the Fredericktowne Mall area!
