Like others, I was here for a year.

Nice things about the complex were a)Washer/Dryer, while small, much better than coin laundry, and b)Dishwasher.

Bugs and vermin were never an issue, I don't remember seeing anything creepy-crawly.

Room size was adequate, and for the most part, things were pretty quiet.

There was always parking available, although snowplows never seemed to make it into the property.

Since there is no drive thru street, you won't have as much traffic passing through the lot.

HOWEVER, I must warn you that the floors leave something to be desired.

I was in a 3rd floor unit, and my furniture always settled next to the wall like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

In some areas, the floor felt lumpy, too.
Folks in the Rental Office were always as pleasant as they could be, even if they were not available to answer the phone during regular business hours.

In short, these apartments are acceptable if you're looking for housing on a budget, or if you need that all important first place on your own.

Just remember, that you get what you pay for.
