I have yet to move in, but if how I have been treated so far is any indication of how I will be treated once im a resident then I will never need to worry. The staff have been extremely friendly (despite how many times I call to ask a new question that popped into my head), and one time when I wanted to show my parents what the apartments looked like, the agent took us over even though she was supposed to get off in 5 minutes.
Despite what others have said about the manager, I have yet to have a problem and actually find him helpful, friendly and upbeat. He even went out of his way (as did his staff in helping me get things arranged for me to move in quickly and easily.
The insides of the apartments are the best around in Frederick and trust me I know, I went to them ALL just to find the nicest. Even though they are next to the highway you can't tell because they are sound proof (and it really works) as well as not being able to see the highway thanks to a hill that was built to hide it.
The part that is under construction is of course a mess, but the parts that are done look great!

I agree! After looking a ALL the available apartments in Frederick, Camden Clearbrook is the best.
