My fiance and I looked all over Frederick before deciding this was the best overall deal.

Our apartment faces the highway and even at night with lights out the noise from the highway is at low background level at best, usually we don't even hear it. We are on the first floor outside corner and never hear our next door neighbor and they have an infant. I might hear our upstairs neighbor two-three times a week. Soundproofing is very adequate for not hearing your neighbors.

There are some things that might have been designed better. Light switches should not be covered when doors are opened like the small bedroom I use as an office. Refrigerator size is very small, should have been larger. Carpet tacks to room enterances are felt but they will fix that. Shower head water pressure is inadegquate for shower head.

Overall, new apartment is very comfortable and the community very nice - neighbors are friendly and we are happy in our new home.
