We have been probably the longest tenants here. We were here while construction was still taking place. This place is a joke. DO NOT RENT HERE. Sure their kinda still brand new, even though they aren't anymore but don't waste your money unless you want to be ripped off with your water bill. Water is submetered, be prepared to find out there are only 5 water meters on the entire property so if you conserve water like we do you will be paying for some nimrad that runs his constantly. If you feel a 80 buck water bill for a tiny 1 br apt is ok than by all means rent here. Have fun paying for the companys irrigation and pool water as well. Oh wait thats right the company says they take out 10% for their water usage..NOT!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to pay for trash move here as well. Don't worry about saying something about it because they will say trash is a utility..again NOT. I have never paid trash as a utility EVER. As for get togethers in this community..I can count on one hand how many they have had. The playground for children..hmm a JOKE. If you want a bbq you will have to huff your food all they way to the joke of a playground area to cook it then huff it back to wherever u live. The speeding thru here is ridiculous as well. People fly around corners and down Mercantile Drive like its the autobahn, but will they do anything about it'' NO... all they say is you have to make us aware of the problems. Sure you can talk and scream at them until u are blue in the face but NOTHING will get down. If you enjoy getting up in the early morning hours to walk your dog and you have your green bag, and you walk in dog crap, don't worry it will still be there until it disinegrates because it WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP. They claim your BASIC cable is included in your rent..well it's not. YOU PAY FOR THAT AS WELL. Lets see whatelse, soundproof as they claim..they are not. If you want to hear your neighbors phone ring come on you will enjoy the place I'm in. And as for the dumpsters, you pay for them but the office throws their landscaping and paint buckets in there and all kinds of strangers pull up their vans and dump their crap off as well. But don't worry you have to MAKE THE OFFICE AWARE..again this place SUKS and I wouldn't recommend it to the roadkill on the highway. Thats another nice noise you can enjoy hearing..people racing up and down 340. Now lets see, the business area with the two whopping computers in it....JOKE. NEVER any paper or ink for the printer and the fax machine in there never works..but thats right make them AWARE. This is all you will ever hear out of the leasing office mouths...NOTHING EVER GETS DONE. They now recently came up with this crap of quarterly maintenance on the apartments, well lets see it will be 18 months we have been here and this has NEVER HAPPENED. All they want to be is NOSEY. They supposingly wanted the serial numbers off the appliances in here, but I know for a fact they didn't get them because nothing was moved on the top of my fridge. The pool is ONLY 3 ft, it is not A RESORT SWIMMING POOL as they claim. Also, the parking suks. I can't wait until our lease is up because we ARE GONE GONE GONE. And yes we transferred from one apartment to another hoping things would get better but to no avail it HAS NOT. If anything it has gotten worse. I have tons of stories on our other apartment from mold, to a fire, to water damage, to sprinkler and electric problems. Hmm sure they claim it has been rectified, but I am out of that building I cant say one way or another if it has been or not. The entire time we lived in our other one we only had one bathroom since the master shower NEVER WORKED and yes our water bill was cheaper there. GO FIGURE. Oh also, they say its a 75 lb weight limit on animals, but don't worry about that you can bring an elephant in and tell them it weighs less and they will say ok as long as they get their 300 NON REFUNDABLE pet fee back. There are Great Danes, Labs, Golden Retrievers, Boxers and all other types of dogs that weigh over the limit here.

I was the first resident to sign a lease at Camden and I have had nothing but a good experience here. I have always had excellent maintenance and the office management are always helpful and concerned that everything is OK. Some of the complains are the making of the residents and not the complex. Every apartment has their ups and downs so don't be so critical when we have very nice apartments to live in.

Sure about that??? I can be as critical as I see fit. They are not very nice apartments. If you want to live in mold go right ahead and if you feel a water bill of 89 bucks is fine then you are just down right pathetic. I'm glad you think this are soooooooo fantastic, this is my review and I want everyone to know how they really are. Do you have children?? I doubt it. Do you have a pet or are you one of the guilty ones that leave the dog poop so everyone else can walk in it?? Get over yourself and stop trying to make these out for what they are NOT!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for this...I do have children, I do not have a pet! However, I never see dog feces layimg aroud on the property. I love this community and everthing about it. The property manager is wonderful and the staff is superub!!! I am sorry that you are a miserable person and your life sucks to HELL...Anytime that we have ever needed anything we have gotten a response in a timely manner. On the issue of the playground....Take your child to a larger playground! Pack up your car with a picnic lunch and some games and stop complaining about this wonderful community. ( The walk to the park is not far nor strenous). Now my family and I are starting to take this personal. I can not stand people like you.. If you really do not like where you are living then maybe you should talk to your wonderful resident manager about breaking your lease.... Thanks for your time.... PS....This is so NOT THE "GHETTO" THANKS!!!!!!!!
