Awful place

I have been looking to get out of Camden in Frederick for almost 6 months now. It's not a very kid friendly complex. Honestly, the playground is a joke. I have to go to a park for my kids to have any kind of playground equipment. There is supposed to be a weight and breed limit on dogs at this complex, but you can have anything. I have seen Great Danes (which are well over the weight limit), Dobies, people with 2 to 3 different kinds of big dogs (labs, golden retrievers, etc). I have seen many people walk over to the school yard, without proper doggie doo pickup bags, and just let them go wherever they choice. Camden does NOTHING about this. The draft inside the apartment is awful. I have to keep my heat on 80 just to have some kind of warmth. I can hear my neighbors walk on my head (this is a regular walk, not a stomping one you may think I am speaking of). The traffic on 340 is awful. Nothing like hearing tractor trailers j brakes all hours of the night. The office staff may seem friendly to your face, but I know and other residents I have spoken to know differently. The only people that will do anything are the maintenance staff. The prices here are ridiculous as well. You can rent a single family home and be at peace cheaper than renting here without the headaches. I have incurred more charges here than I did when I lived in another complex in the same exact city not far from there. Heed my advice and search around apartmentratings.com and just look at the other reviews on Camden Properties, you will find I'm not the only one that thinks this way.

I am having a similar problem with dogs where I live (aggressive dog continually barking, completely out of control, yet the office does nothing about it). Is there a "no dogs" place where you can rent an apartment or condo anywhere? I've been looking and can't find one. Most of us in apartments don't have dogs, yet we have to put up with the barking and aggression and droppings. I'd pay more to live somewhere without dogs.

There is a barking dog where I live, too. I am trying to find a place where I don't have to hear barking dogs.
