Superb Apartments and Staff From: rpostss Date posted: 6/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Overall, a top-notch experience, been here since Nov 2006, am the first tenant in a brand new unit, the construction was near ended for the entire community of 15 bldgs. My priority was for a community that offered detached secure single garages of which I rent two. The building(s) had their usual new construction problems to be worked out in the first year, relatively normal though to me, since I am a professional construction contractor and I understand the business. I do have some issues (dislike)with how the water bills are apportioned for the whole community, but that is a Camden corporate thing, local staff can't change that, it's the way the community was constructed. Maintenance staff is excellent, responsive, and sees any problems through to my satisfaction. As a previous single-family detached homeowner for over 30yrs, yes there were adjustments that I had to adapt to for apartment life, but they are relative. On a scale of 1-10 for apartment life Clearbrook is a shining ten. I had experience with two other apartment communities before moving here from Montgomery Cty.
