I have lived here for almost 6 months and already it is the best apartment community in which I have resided. Maintenance, when needed, has been same day and effective. The staff is great, they even refunded part of our electric bill when we unknowingly had a hot water heater malfunction and burn up our bill one month...unsolicited. We have had no issues whatsoever with sound and noise issues besides your usualy thud from above here and there.

This has obviously been written by staff!! I will agree the office staff is pleasent. As for maintenance.....what a joke, it too over a month to get my heat pump fixed. Also expect dirty smelly carpets when you move in as well, and plan a couple extra days to clean before you move in. These places are VERY noisy, the "usual" thud from above is constant, you hear every foot step, phone ring, telphone conversations, television....there is absolutly no sound proofing!!!

I wish the "pleasant" staff would understand that I don't want to read fake reviews. Apartment owners have plenty of other places where they get to tell their side of the story. I came here because I want to know what it's like for the people who lived there. For example, why would a real person come here to write a wonderful review in the middle of their lease? Suddenly it occurs to them, hey I love living in this low budget apartment so much (and you know, unless it's a luxury apartment, no apartment is all that), I think I'll go write free advertising for the place. You can tell the fake ones so why do they bother.
