I have lived here since built. Ups: compared to most apartments in Frederick..quiet, safe, maintenance with hassling, Close to a lot of amenities and roadways. Lets face it, not a lot of good apt. options in Frederick. You will pay for it though. Downs: dont walk in the grass (dog crap)this is the responsibility of dog owners but I would love to see maintenance clean up some. Nickle and dime you to death. Pet rent has almost doubled, valet trash service is high (this does keep the trash building around dumpsters from trashy residents)but overpriced. To keep your rent from skyrocketing you need to move every time your lease is up to another apartment in the community with the same amenities (go figure), water bills high (about 70 dollars a month)from what' Heating/cooling electric high (poor insulation as far as I can tell), you have to hassle maintenance to get anything done. Things have changed a lot since I moved in I am looking forward to leaving.
