This place is absolutely horrible. Everything from the saftey to the unproffessional staff. This is no place to raise children. Drug dealers hanging out and lurkin by your balcony in the night. Its absolutely unexceptable. Frederick Police know all of this too. Why don't they have at least three or four officers canvas the area throughout the night like they have in Elmwood Terrace on 40' That area has even calmed down alot ever since! I live her for 2 months and hated every step up the way!
