These apartments give people options. I think more options should be available to people who cannot afford expensive apartments, but unfortunately in Frederick County this is what you get.

You are paying a small fraction of what most other renters are paying in this area. Of course this will attract "undesirables".

Like in any other business, money talks. If you want a great place to live, you have to be willing to pay for it.

Write to the government (your congressman) and let them know that you want more options in affordable and accessible rentals.

Also, this place may be a dream to some people that have very few other choices.
