Beautiful community but horrible...

This complex is located in a terrific neighborhood, unfortunately that's the only positive thing I can say about the property. I lived there for 2 years and then I moved elsewhere because of the management staff. I have never encountered such an unfriendly, rude, and mean staff. The property manager is just vicious. She does not like tenants and she bilks them for every possible charge she can tack on. She's lied on several occasions regarding issues that arose and she's cheap. The property is old (1988)and constantly trashed, maintenance is incompetent, and parking is a NIGHTMARE- there is no adequate parking. Complaints are a waste of time. This community is the most expensive in rent. I found a new complex with new appliances and working amenities for less money and a real professional staff.
