I just moved in here in January and I already want to move out! I had heard from friends that this was one of the best locations and the neighborhood is decent, but the tenants are trashy. The staff is ignorant, obnoxious to deal with, and backstabbing. The manager is the worst! She is down right nasty. I have heard them be rude to other tenants on the phone and they have lied to me about things that I have brought to their attention. The maintenance dept is pathetic and I only needed them for something small. The buildings are incredibly noisy and there is trash everywhere. And parking is ridiculous. It's so bad, that I can't even purchase a spot close by because they are all full. The rent here was more than any other place I looked at and I feel stupid for signing my lease here. I am honestly thinking about paying the fees to break my lease. I'm also disappointed because I have heard great things about Bozzuto, but this is the complete opposite. Whatever you do, don't rent here!!! Not until they demolish the buildings and take the staff with them! I am going to be listed anonymously since I currently live here, but once I'm gone I will come back and give my email address for anyone who would like to contact me with any questions.

Hmm there are plenty of Apartments with availability in the area. So if you dont like it here then can i suggest for you to move.
