very nice community

I lived at this apt a while ago for over a year and is a very nice community. The apartment was is pretty good condition when we moved in (appliances were a little old, dishwasher not working, counters a little banged up). The walls are not thin but the ceilings are. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking.
We had a great experience while we were living there, but upon move out the management was a little rude about the condition of the appliances.
I'm not a big cook and we never used the dishwasher but the management forced us to pay for the replacement of the dishwasher (which was be no means "new" when we moved in)and several other repairs.
Other then the move out my over all experience was a good one. This community is definetly one of the best in Frederick. The high price in rent is made up for in the quality of the apartment and the location.
