Crystal Park

This complex was most likely extremely nice when it was new, however, it is old and outdated. The walls are thin, and one can hear ALL OUTSIDE noises, especially along the highway side. The community though is nice and because it is a dead end area you do not have alot of outside traffic. That is a plus. Most people were fairly friendly, but some were downright trashy, something the management office refused to deal with. The staff was horrendous, and a revolving door of employees- maintenance constantly changed, with one employee who had a problem with alcohol. The manager was simply a vindictive person. Had a huge EGO and outright abused her position of power. My husband and I and our two children moved because of the staff there. Flat out couldn't stand them, and it was the best thing we ever did!! There ARE a few other nice communities in the area, and now even some newer ones. So while the community was great,the management company and their staff ruined the experience there.
