Unsafe! I honestly can't believe I put my life in such danger. This area is going down hill fast. I heard gun shots the other night. STAY AWAY!

Oh my gosh, you're ludicrous. This complex is tucked in with a Sunrise senior living community; it is very quiet and very safe. I am a mother and very safety conscious and I would walk around Crystal Park in the middle of the night without feeling unsafe. You probably heard fireworks and if you did, for some reason, hear gunshots, there would probably be a police report of some sort to go along with such an incident. Don't give a very good community a bad name because you're freaking out - this community works hard to maintain their grounds with class and respect and they deserve to be recognized for it. I am not a member of the office - since that's always a popular accusation if anyone dares refute a bunk claim such as this. I lived in Crystal Park for two years.

To graceinspades, Ignorance to the surroundings around you and you may become a victim. You need to read the paper!!!! Enclosed are two crimes that have happened in the past fews months in this complex. Im a resident as well and I was have never been notified by the office or management of these crimes and other crimes that were not in the paper. You do have to be aware of your surroundings for the safety of yourself and children. Although, Crimes can happen anywhere, everyone has the right to know whats going on around them for safety purposes. Dont call NO WAY ludicrous or say they are freaking out.They have every right to be concerned. as well I and other residents. Armed Robbery> On Friday, 01/09/09, Frederick Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at Crystal Park Apartments. A person delivering food was robbed by gunpoint. it turns out the person that robbed the delivery person lived in this development and was arrested at a later time. The delivery person was not injured. Also: Armed robbery. On December 15, 2008, Officers from the Frederick Police responded to Crystal Park Apartments, for an armed robbery. Two males that displayed handguns and a female robbed the victim. The victim sustained minor injuries and is ok. I am also aware of apartments being broken into. Also another resident here had thier motorcycle stollen. My question to you is who would be setting off fireworks in January? and why are you looking into the reviews if you are not having a problem in here in the first place? May I suggest you to read the Frederick News Post or Gazzette! Maybe you will be more well informed in your community before you call someone ludicrous!
