I wish parking were assigned, even if it was assigned for one car only.

Often noisy, but most of it comes from residents outside, or from the mall behind us.

The playgrounds are dilapidated, and the pools are usually closed for the summer.

My children played outside only under strict supervision, and never after sundown.

The apartment did not seem prepared for us when we moved in: fixtures were very used, and maintenance issues abound, although the personnel were good at repair/replacing, but only if asked.

I would recommend Elmwood Terrace to a couple or individual without children, but I believe better values could be found for the price they're asking.

Elmwood has come a long way from having the stigma the community has given it to in the past, which is why we did not leave sooner, but if I was in the market for an apartment again, I do not believe I would return.
