Elmwood Terrace Apartments

What a difference!!!!! From: jfraz925 Date posted: 4/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2003   I've been on Waverly Drive in Frederick at Elmwood Terrace Apartments for over 11 years, I have been thru Waverly Gardens, and now Elmwood Terrace Apartments, which are owned and managed by Home Properties. Since Home Properties took over, Not only is the staff professional, but they make me and my family feel at home, the complex always looks clean, maintenance is the same group of guys when I call with a problem, its fixed that day, or I get paid a days rent. We have lived thru the difference that has developed here, and I gotta say! Kudo's to Home Properties and The staff at Elmwood Terrace Apartments!!!! Fact is, this is apartment living, but they trully try to make Elmwood Terrace the very best it can be
