Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
It's not bad: central air, new carpet, spacious.
But they skimped wherever they could. All of the fixtures are cheap, especially the kitchen cabinets: can we say plywood'
Also, the salesmen are shifty. Fees change unexpectedly.
The community is okay if you speak spanish, but if you're a single girl who doesn't like cat calls and dirty looks, beware.
