I moved into Elmwood Terrace a year ago, and I can't wait to get out at the end of the month. Maintenance requests were made to appear as if they were my fault, including a missing patio screen door that was never there when I moved in. The family upstairs had a 2 year old who stomped on the floor from morning until night, and every single footstep could be heard clearly above my head from the living room to the bedroom. The kitchen cabinets were in poor shape, and the empty area beneath the sink was never filled in with a dishwasher that was promised upon my move in. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone at anytime.
