This apartment is great unless the following are a concern to you:

1. Getting sleep at night, this place is retarded. It's more noisy between 12am and 5am then it is durning the rest of the day.

2. There is no cable internet, or DSL access to these apartments because the wiring is too old.

3. Plan on getting lojack.

4. The walls are paper thin, I've had complete conversations with my neighbors through the walls before. And speaker sound, expecially bass travels very well through the buildings. Monday night is salsa night(that's two floors below) Tuesday through Thursday is Hip Hop (one floor below) and Friday nights are so damn loud I just don't come home till Saturday afternoon.

5. Buy a space heater, or boil water. Because the windows don't hold in heat at all. And unless you like spending out the butt for you gas bill you might want to find a different place.
