Elmwood Terrace Apartments

Don't do it!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Rent is ridiculous, maintanence people think they can come and go whenever THEY want to. People in office don't do their job, if they say theyll call you back, DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH, you will be dead. Air conditioning and heater is ALWAYS on the frizt, pipes are always breaking so you can't separate the water going into the bath tub or the shower, floors are slanted and sink in some places, windows dont close properly so if your air/heat does work, it goes right out the windows. Washer and dryers suck, mine STILL dont work and ive been trying to get them to fix it for over three months. Pepole are loud and there are sirens and police yelling at all hours of the day and night, And oh yeah this is our second apartment in this complex! We moved from the first one becasue we had all these SAME problems plus our ceiling was falling down in the first one. Of course they didnt do anything for months but when i got a hold of the corporate office, they walked right into my apartment with any notice to me, like it was a brand new problem! Once again, DONT MOVE HERE!!!
