My boyfriend I have lived at Elmwood for 3 years now. We are moving out in 7 days, and although I have had some complaints, I will miss our apartment here.

Let me first say that I totally agree with the problem of drunk and perverted -------- learching around. I have always felt that if the office *really* wanted their reputation to become better, they would go full force on this issue. However, our apartment is a double letter and I have found that in the double letter section, this problem is very slight. I have never had a complaint in this apartment about noise and I will miss all the neighbors. Very nice people. I have never had a problem with any of them.

That being said, I think people on this board are being a LITTLE TOO uptight. What do you expect for that rent, in frederick' ALL of these apartment complexs are the same. Brookside, AppleGate, Fieldpointe--all the same. You will have drugs and cops there all the time. The maintance staff is excellent. I love each and every one of those men. Very down to earth and knowledgable people.


We are moving on to Wellington Trace. The rent is a lot higher, but it's time to move on. My main complaint is the office staff, I have found in the past, have a hard time taking anyone seriously. You have to bring out the b*tch or else you will get walked over if you have a complaint.
