I recently transfered to Elmwood from another property in Frederick where I had a 3 bedroom with my wife. We are in the process of having a home built in Georgia. My wife went down to oversee the process. I stayed for work and am now in a 1 bedroom at Elmwood. I pay $770 a month and was able to rent a portable washer and dryer for next to nothing. It is perfect for me. The apartment is large and I have new apliances. They do allow pets which was crucial for me renting here. A dog is mans best friend! I also enjoy the fact that packages are accepted at the office. In my work that is really a bonus.
