I agree with the ten reasons not to live in elmwood..

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
First I have to agree the apt size are decent enough as for the rent I am not paying to hear noises 24-7, I cannot get a decent night sleep if its in the am or pm, as for the heat I let more heat out then what I got in so winter is in and outside the apt.So I was paying a heating bill for bleep** and Giggles,none the less when the children come out to play the parents arent even watching them so Beware of having a lil one run through your apt as if they live they . so if you want to live in the bronx zoo then why not try elmwood terrace its quite the adventure here , I just cant wait to move out!`
