Elmwood Terrace Apartments

OMG, what an apartment... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Without knowing this site, I rent it now. OMG, the sound-proofing is terrible. I constantly hear people walking and talking all the time from the level above and below me. I rarely can get a good quality of sleep. I need to confront with neighbors about loud music that makes me feel stressful, angry, unsafe and terrified. Please if you are able to afford maybe a few bucks more, go somewhere else.
