BEWARE THAT IN W BUILDING THERE IS ROACHES AND WHAT WE BELIEVE ARE BEDBUGS NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE AND SOUNDPROOFING IS TERRIBLE IF YOU CAN HELP IT SPEND EXTRA MONEY TO GO ELSEWHERE
