My husband and I moved into Elmwood Terrace in 2003, we lived in II...it was a secure building and not so bad except for the fact that we witnessed what my husband and I lead to believe was a rape and we had these GROSS bugs that were EVERYWHERE!! (in our food, in the sink, in the bathroom, bedroom, EVERYWHERE!!) We found out we were expecting so we moved into the V building into a 2 bedroom...This area is on the other side of the complex, a non secure building, and much worse being right next to Key pkwy. I can not stand this building, we had ants TERRIBLY and CROWS that were in our back yard by the thousands (not even exhaggerating) we felt so unsafe in this neighborhood that we moved out 2 months early (breaking our contract) and NOW they're calling us about $4000 we owe!!! I have no flippin clue what that pays for!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT! my neighbr was a crack/coke dealer who was also a woman with children!!! stay safer and move elsewhere

I have lived in Elmwood Terrace for 5 years in building AA, and I have never seen any bugs in my apartment. I don't have any loud disturbances. and as a single woman with kids, I feel very safe in my neighborhood. I will acknowledge that during the fall/winter months the entire area does have a problem with black crows circling the sky in packs. They usually fly around in a pack at sunrise and sunset.
