The grounds are very well kept, but the 'fitness center' leaves a bit to be desired - like a TV. There is plenty of parking and backs to rows of houses. 270 isn't an issue if you live on the other side of the development, but living on the ground floor allows you to hear all kind of 'movement' above. My one issue: upgades desperately needed on washer, dryer and dishwasher. They look like they're from the 70's.
