Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
location not the greatest due to noise from both 70 and 15. also walls thin. living room spacious. Appliances nice. monthly rent resonable. grounds kept up nicely. pool and tennis court great. "fitness center" is a joke...no lighting, most machines rusted and broken. office staff is nice.
