This community is average for the area standards. It offers some great maintenance workers who go above and beyond the call of duty for their residents. The Apartments are roomy and well priced. Apartment living is Apartment living you will always hear your neighbors above and below wherever you go and the people you see complaining just had specifically noisy neighbor. The units are old, the appliances could do with some upgrades but we all know you get what you pay for.

My serious problem is with the managment staff. Never in my life have I meet such horrible customer service in my life and blatant flouting of Fair housing and ada law. The leasing consultant is mean,lazy and grossly disrespectful Practicing bigotry and discrimination. This would be forgivable if it was a one time issue but it is not. Every time I am forced to enter the leasing office i feel like I have to brace my self for dirty comments ,disrespect, and an attitude that this "isnt her job". The Manager in my 6 months at the fieldpointe has yet to return my messages and somehow is never in the office to deal with her clients.
Members of my family are disabled and have special needs. The law specifics that my family member is allowed certain things to have the same quality of life as the next person. When we signed our lease we were told that our service animal would be allowed and that specific equipment would be allowed. But upon move in we were told we would be evicted if we had our service animal here or installed the nessacary equipment for my family members everyday standard of living. Now that I have done the research more then one family with disabilites has been treated similarly We have been quoted different prices then normal residents and we have been subject to un lawful termination that other residents have not been subject to. Worst probalby was that when we moved in we were told that we were going to be in a building with other people "like us" where we regularly get notices a

A warning to anyone who is disabled or has family members who sufffer from a disability stay clear of field pointe and their awful managment team. They will make you feel like dirt stomp all over the law and subject you to discrimination that seems to be from another era
