I called on several occassions for different things and over and over I spoke to office personel who are rude. Even when you stop by you get the same rudeness. Specially the lady named "Rachelle", she's extremely rude--she must be related to someone there not to be fired. I tried to refer someone and she was told to wait two month and she said they were rude to her, i knew immediately who it was. When I called they told me three month. I waited for someone else to answer the phone and was told there was an apt available right away. I told him about it and he decided not to move.
Also, immediately after moving I called to get some minor repairs done to the apt, it took them over 3wks to get them repaired. Every time I called they had an excuse, the last was they were short on maintenance personnel. I never had to wait so long anywhere to get things fixed. I have another called with them know, let's see how long this takes. They need to hire people : 1--with custumer service skills and 2--to get things repaired in a timely maner.

Hi truthfullone, I just moved here in July,2008 and up into recently, I had minimum complaints but recently I have received unjust noise complaints and the management contacts me by letter in November and now again in December with now a threating tone. They had never contacted me via telephone nor in person . Even stated that I was running my shower at 1:00AM when I work from 9PM - 5AM !!! Personally I feel that the property manager is prejudice.
