I have just applied to Fieldpointe for an apartment. I showed up 1 hour early for my appointment, wanting to make sure I was there on time. Rachael delayed her lunch almost 2 hours to help me and another lady in the office.

I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have had in over 35 years of apartment applications. She made both of us feel at home, unhurried, and like family.

Once my application process was through, I drove through the complex. I am so very impressed at how the grounds are kept, how clean the balconies are, how quiet the neighborhood is.

This is truely an excellent managed development, and I cannot say enough how nice, and patient Rachael was,during the application.

I have a special needs son, who is hard to understand when he speaks, she also made conversation with him, and was very sincere!!!!!
