I have lived here almost a year. I can tell you, that while going through a personal crisis in my life, I was not the most pleasant person to deal with, however, the management, the maintanence staff, everyone was patient understanding, and went way beyond the call of duty to fix some minor, VERY minor maintanence problems I called.

Maintenance here is the best I have EVER experienced in 40 years. The management is always friendly.

The grounds here look like a high end country club. The shrubs are kept neatly manicured, the abundance of flowers is awesome. The swimming pool looks like something out of a house and garden magazine.

This complex is quiet, VERY quiet, there absolutely is NO noise in the hallways, no noise outside except the birds singing!

The last, best thing is the value for the money. Fieldpointe is the best priced apartment complex in the entire Frederick County area. You will not find another apartment with these ammenities, this well kept at this price anywhere in Maryland.

I hope to spend the rest of my life here, because I know no one could ever find a better place to live, unless you buy a home, and even that does not guarantee you will have quiet neighbors!
