A real arm pit!

I moved here in 2003 and oh my god what a mistake. It's noisy and it's gross!

I can hear everything my neighbors are doing! Upstairs, beside me, below me!! Speaking of hearing everything, I live in the back of my building and I can actually hear people talking in the parking lot and cars blowing their horns at 6am. Nothing relaxing about this place.

I will offer however, the only positive thing this place has, is a live-in police officer. Atleast I feel safe walking my dog or taking out the trash.

Since I moved here in 2003, I get these tiny worms/bugs that crawl under my front! They start in the Spring and last through the entire Summer and go away in the early fall!! Talk about gross! Nothing like coming home after a day of work, opening your front door and having to vaccum about 40 worms/bugs crawling across your floor! I keep my place very clean, neat and tidy. No food sitting around, no dirty dishes etc...yet there are also ROACHES and ants. I've complained to the staff about the worms/bugs (I'm not sure what the hell they are,)roaches and ants. They have someone to come "spray" for these things, however, IT DOES NOT WORK! In fact, this past summer when I walked downstairs to check mail, I passed my neighbor walking down the steps, I actually heard him "crunching" on the worms with every step he took walking to his apartment. These things are every where!

You have to share a washer and dryer with 3 other apartments, not the worst situation, however, when I first moved in they were free. Then they decided they would no longer provide that and charged 1.25 to wash and another 1.25 to dry. Now they raised that again, along with an increase in rent, yet they dont work properly.

If you have no other place to go, it's a roof over your head, with free heat! Other than that, they have nothing to offer here besides waking up next to a roach on your pillow, ants on your counter top and those tiny worms crawling across your floor! Most of my electrical outlets don't work, one of my phone jacks does not work, the carpeting looks like it was in a bowling alley and my kitchen appliances are in need of replacing! Thats why my husband and I are leaving! Enough said' Stay Away! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
