I lived at Frederick Heights for 18 months before I was transferred to Virginia. The staff was fantastic!! They helped me find my new apartment when I had to relocate. My dogs loved going to the office. They always had treats. Most of my neighbors were wonderful, but once in awhile we would have a neighbor with issues. The office alway's responded to my concerns and follow up with them.
