| | The staff is great. All I have to say is you get what you pay for. Very secure place to live, but honestly the apartments are the greatest but at the other end they arent the worst either. |

| | When my family moved in this was a nice apartment complex with a great staff. They changed hands around 2008 and changed the name to Westwinds. It sounds nicer but it was much safer as Frederick Heights!
