If you like getting woken up early in the morning than this is the place for you.
Workers get picked up early and beep horns instead of knocking on the doors etc. Very Annoying.
There is a rule that people have to pick up after their dogs but i ALWAYS see dog crap outside which is disgusting.
Everything they fix is cheap. I noticed from the beginning that none of the doors were level.
Bad cockroach infestation in this building and doesn't matter how clean you are. They will keep coming in to your apartment. especially at night.
THey spray every 3 months which gives time for the eggs to hatch and the problem never goes away.

I had to move out. I could not handle the roaches. We had to get rid of our furniture and wash everything before we brought it to our new place. I still wake up in the middle of the night to see if I can see any crawling about. I also understand about getting woken up early. We were on the bottom level and the workers would work right next to our window. They would toss dirt and it would come right through my window screen. I had little ants crawling all over my kids bed and babies crib. They even blew fumes from their leaf blower into our family room while they were cleaning off the porch. The man noticed that my door was wide open and didn't even wait for me to shut it.

Key Parkway has its good and bad spots. For example the Manor is a nicely kept area. There is hardly ever any non-tentants surrounding the area. Also closer to the Baughman's Lane end of Key Parkway is good....but you have area's like Elmwood Terrace that is pure ghetto heaven and Hickory Hills is the same. Hunters Glen is not that bad...its a smaller complex and it appears to be well kept and quiet. It also has a secured entry system....which in that area is a plus!

I've lived here for 2 years and am only moving now because my job is relocating me to Winchester. I found my stay to be wonderful. The staff is very attentive and nice. Maintenance is great. As far as the roaches, I have not had any experience with them at this apartment. The staff is right on top of everything and I think that if there was a concern this important, if it was reported it would be taken care of. I think the key is reporting your problems. If no one knows about it, they can't do anything to help you.
