This place is cockroach infested. Exterminators came every week for almost three months yet were ineffectual until tenant talked of inviting Channel 5 news. Miraculously, the exterminators' visit the following day totally wiped out any/all insects in apartment.

This place is dangerous, especially for women. Wife is harrassed by men the moment she walks out of the building door. Cannot walk her dog on property at night. She and I were walking the dog at night and were approached by a male stabbing victim, holding his side, dripping blood, asking us if we had seen his wife.

One step above indigent &/or homeless refuge, inner-city barrio. Park in front of your apartment to see man from top floor, standing against the building, urinating on the wall. Leave for work, only to find someone sleeping on the front porch, blocking you from leaving the building by laying in front of the door, in a pool of sweat.
