This community is not what I was expecting. The apartment is fine, but the grounds are poorly kept. There are always dog feces everywhere due to the very large dogs they allow the residents to have. Grass is not kept up very well.

Loved it
I am a former resident and only moved out due to relocation for work. It was the best rental I had in Maryland and I would gladly move back. The staff is excellent, maintenance responds promptly, the property is well maintained and it is very… See More >jkbarnett88

Great place to rent!
I've lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease in December. I absolutely love living here. I have a job that requires me to work late hour so safety was a big concern for me when looking for an apartment… See More >anonymous

Like it.
After living here for over 2.5yrs, i decided to move for a new job. If I wasn't re-locating, i would happily sign up for another year. My apartment is very nice. New cabinets & appliances. When I need something fixed, the maintenance… See More >anonymous

For the price that they charge, they should treat their tenants much better. There are plenty of other places around Frederick that are the same quality as this place, but the rent is much less. You WILL be treated like a cash register: 1. The construction… See More >anonymous

Very happy here!
We've lived here for over a year and have been VERY pleased. Rent is very affordable for such nice apartments. We looked in Germantown and all around Frederick and no other apts. were as nice as Kingscrest for what we pay. Very… See More >anonymous

Be careful when you move out
I rented from Kingscrest for over a year from 2007 to 2008. During that time I consistently paid my rent on time. Upon moving out I had a balance which I believed I had paid. A year later I heard from a collection agency named… See More >anonymous

Definitely Not a Luxorious Apartment
I am not going to go into detail of all of the issues as to why not to move here, because for my personal experience that I've had with them for the past year, the list is VERY long. It started before I moved… See More >crrr

Love it! Why all the bad reviews?
I've lived here for over a year and have had minimal issues. We've had a couple maintenance issues that were resolved within two days, but I would have preferred within 24 hours. However, when our water heater broke, they replaced it the very… See More >Kingscrest Apartments
