I lived at Kingscrest for a few months and I have to say it is definetely one of the nicest apartment communities in Frederick. It is close to the mall, supermarkets, the new movie theatre, and I-270/I-70. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pet walking area is great, and the apartment layouts are functional and spacious.

We had a third-floor apartment with a gorgeous vaulted ceiling. The balcony was nice-sized and it included a small shed. Parking is generous (though unassigned) and the clubhouse and pool are well maintained.
