They can't handle serious maintenance issues

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I lived in Kingscrest for only one year. The area is great, and the apartment a good size and very nice. The only problem was that the apartments were old and problems kept popping up. The people above us had a water line break so we ended up with a waterfall in our apartment. Also, if we were on the ground floor and my roommate?s bedroom kept flooding. Water soaked the entire carpet in her closet and in part of the bedroom. Although maintenance came every time we called the never fixed the problem (until we threatened to leave) just the symptoms (changed the carpet inside the room but didn't fix the leak from the outside. In addition, if you are on a lower level you will get to know your neighbors really well. I would suggest Kingscrest to anyone, only if you live on the second or third floor. And watch out if you have any serious maintenance issues (the buildings are old), because they may never be fixed.
