I am a recent college graduate who lived at Kingscrest for one year. It is in a very nice location surrounded by nice single family homes and convenient shopping. I have had only a few problems living here such as minor problems with ants and a few noisy neighbors, otherwise I felt comfortable and safe living here and would recommend it to others however it is somewhat expensive.
